It’s Good Friday (for those who observe)!✨I’m finally getting my COVID vaccine tomorrow and I’m super excited. I hope you all have a great Easter or whatever-you-want-to-celebrate weekend! This past week, I finished The Bad Muslim Discount by Syed M. Masood. I’ve been waiting for this one for awhile, and it was definitely worth the wait! ✨🌷
Another audiobook in the books (literally)! City of Girls was an enchanting novel by Elizabeth Gilbert, who I also found out wrote Eat Pray Love... which I haven’t read or even watched the movie before.. Anyways, I thoroughly liked this bold novel!✨
💀 This collection of short stories by Argentinian author Mariana Enriquez was quite something! I was on the waitlist for this book for what feels like a long time. After reading and by the end… I was equally surprised and disturbed (in a good way) ✨
🌙 What did everyone read over the weekend? I’m still in a bit of a reading slump, but I managed to finish the lengthy British murder-mystery, Moonflower Murders by Anthony Horowitz ✨
First of all, how is it March already?😙 Anyways... I finally finished a rather surprising and bold book, Quit Like A Woman: The Radical Choice to Not Drink in a Culture Obsessed with Alcohol by Holly Whitaker ✨☕️
I hope everyone’s ending their week on a good note! 🛁 I just finished a new YA book, Whole by E.A. Rohler✨ I don’t read a lot of YA or New Adult books, but I received this one in a giveaway from the author and thought I’d give it a shot ✨
