I. Was. Such. A. Fan. Of. This. Book! 📚 Oh my, I was not expecting to enjoy Book Lovers by Emily Henry as much as I did. I previously read her other book, Beach Read, in anticipation of this one. And I have to say I liked Book Lovers a lot more ✨
I’ve finally hopped on the Emily Henry train by finishing Beach Read ☀️ And you’re all going to hear about it more because my next read is her latest novel, Book Lovers. I read Beach Read in anticipation of Book Lovers to get an idea of the author and what the hype is about. And ultimately I was not disappointed ✨
Hello! ☀️ This was definitely a fascinating collection of short stories. Today A Woman Went Mad in the Supermarket: Stories by Hilma Wolitzer was my latest read this week. I’ve heard of this author before (along with her well-known author daughter Meg Wolitzer), but I saw this collection of her short stories at the library and figured it was time to read something different ✨

Finished this thrilling crime novel last night, The Night Shift by Alex Finlay. This was a fast-paced, quick read and I definitely had fun reading this one ✨
Ugh this one was so good 💕 The Cartographers by Peng Shepherd definitely sucked me in from the beginning. And the author is even from my own hometown of Phoenix! Definitely glad this sick day off from work gave me a chance to finish this read ✨
Happy Weekend (if it is your weekend like it is mine)☀️ I’ve taken up some sort of-lighter reading, and finished The Magnolia Palace by Fiona Davis. This is her latest novel, but Davis has written other popular historical fiction novels. This is the first I’ve read by her, and overall I had a great time reading this one ✨
